Smile still looking for information on Union Springs Al

I may be moving to Union Springs and would like all the help I can get as far as Real Estate information and rentals that are in a nice part of town.

I know it's fairly small but I hope someone can help

They have 3,670 residents of the town, 2.5 residents per household, so only about 1,468 living units total to choose from. The vast majority are under $100,000 in value--it appears only about 60 homes are valued at over $100,000.

I think you would be best served by calling City Hall (334-738-2720) or the County Commissioner' Office (334-738-3883) and asking who in town you should contact to see about buying/renting a local home. They should also know the safest neighborhoods to recommend.

By the way, I did notice that Union Springs has 20 registered sex offenders living within it's town limits. This seems inordinately high for a predominately rural county in south Alabama, but might bear inquiry.

Hey thanks for that info, I am moving to Union Springs for a job and this helped me to decide on living in Troy instead. Will just work in union springs. For a small town, 20 preditors is way too many for me.
