Default Lake Forest

What's the deal with the Lake Forest sub in Daphne/Spanish Fort area. Why are the houses under 200k?

Lake Forrest was first built in the 60s, if you do a search here for Lake Forrest, I do believe you will find more post on this area. I did consider moving there at one time but ended up in N. AL instead. Housing there was very reasonable even then. There is a website about subdivision which may give you more info.
