Default willing to share BBQ recipes ?

My post on the best bbq places in B'ham made me even more hungry for bbq, and wishing I could stop by some of y'alls homes for a taste of your masterpieces.

Since there doesn't appear to be a cook-off scheduled anytime soon, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a favorite recipe or two ?

The only time I ever tried making it from scratch was using the recipe from the little cookbook which came with our Weber grill. I recall putting in catsup, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, and other things I can't remember at the moment. It was good, but I am sure it pales in comparison with other recipes. (although it beat my mom's recipe of adding a jar of some prepared bbq sauce from the grocery store).

Thanks in advance.

Baby back ribs rubbed with mustard, salt, garlic, pepper and marinated over night. Slow fire, bring the rack as high as you can. Leave the lid on the grill and take your time!!!
