DIRT_TOOTH is on a distinguished road
I see a over built economy, Sure if you have a goverment / state job or depend on them, you may not be feeling the pinch yet. But if you are in a small business, you have seen profit margins vanished and operating cost rise.

The consumer is TAPED-OUT.. The start-up buisnesses have stopped.
The Fed/State/Local Goverment has built up tremendus ovehead and ongoing projects that must be completed and maintained and they will find the money. So if your taxes and insurance in your area are reasonable, you better enjoy it while it last, because they are sure to rise until you feel the sting.
