Trying to add Huntsville, Decauter and/or Madison County to My.MSN home page. When I enter the zip code for Huntsville, it displays Chatanooga Tenesee. I'd like to keep an eye on the local news...please someone tell me how I can get the news on the Huntsville area...thank you

You can sign up for alerts (maybe called breaking news?) on al dot com. That is the Huntsville Times Web site.

Or try another local zip: 35801, 35802, 35803, 35804, 35810, 35811, 35814, and so on...

I'd send MSN a note to tell them of the error, too.

I'll try the zip code, but I think you need to put the city and state. I tried several differant cities and all came up with the Chatanooga, TZ information....

Not to sound stupid..but how would I send MSN note.

Usually, but not always, services like MSN have a 'contact us' link at the bottom of the web page.

A much better bet is to regularly visit the local TV websites like WAFF.com - Home, WHNT-TV, Huntsville, AL: NewsChannel 19 Home, WAAYTV.com - Huntsville, Alabama - News Weather, Sports | WAAY News and Home and watch streamed newscasts and live weathercasts during severe weather. It's all online. Also go to al.com - Everything Alabama and click on Huntsville. AL.com is a site for sister newspapers from all over the state including the Huntsville Times.

I'm always on-line at work and have my home town to get local news headlines....I was hoping that I can get Huntsvillle area the same way. I did try the zip codes and still came out Chatanooga, TN. I was able to get Birmingham, Al...seems like it's local radio stations/tv stations and the Huntsville stations are not avaiable...I guess I can periodically check the local websites.....thanks

Try Yahoo searches instead of MSN. Use the name (Huntsville, AL) instead of the zip. I publish an e-newsletter for another venture and use Yahoo to gether news articles.

Default Contacting MSN?

Let me be the second one to ask the dumb question: how do you contact MSN, or more particularly, MyMSN regarding errors in your home page. My local city news was fine for months and is now "blank". Shows the City Names but no news.
I have considered changing home pages in the past because any time MSN messes up the settings, it's seems next to impossible to contact them to have them correct their errors.
Any further suggestions on any simple way to contact them would be appreciated.
