Default paratransit access in tuscaloosa county

I asked this question before. How do folks who live outside tuscaloosa city proper, manouver. I use a motorized chair, I do not have a car as of yet, and I will be moving to Tuscaloosa county area.

Paratransit only has 5 vans that operate within the city limits ONLY.

Are there any folks that are in a similar situation? I mean, living in the county area and needing assistance to function in Tuscaloosa. I have received the tel. number of several associations. But, it seems like avery difficult and hopeless situation.
