Arrow Possible move to Alabama

Hello my family and I are thinking about moving to Alabama in a few years and are looking for some cities that have a population of 1500 or more. Close to the Florida border would be fine. We have friends that just moved to Webb, Alabama. Florida taxes, and insurance are getting way to high for my pocket. I also though need to be close to Dothan so that I can look for a good job. Any help would be appreciated.

abbeville is rural and not to far to commute, we just bought a home there from fl as well. headland is also near to dothan.. its a wonderfull part of the south, and we cant wait to move uo there. there are lotsa little towns around there. take some time and go exploring, im sure you will love and find a place in that area. the weather is just a bit cooler in the winter and shorter summers........ all the best......
