Hi, What areas are the cheapest on the lake. I don't mind underdeveloped but am looking for nice upcoming area... Thanks

There is a lot of info here on Lake Smith from previous post. Some lots are not expensive but the cheapest lots leave a lot to be desired. Most are almost vertical and building a house would be expensive and the walk back up from the lake would be a workout. The lake itself has been so low this summer due to the drought that many docks are out of the water. Do an advanced search for Smith Lake and you will get lots of info.
