Default Holly Pond

We are hoping to move to Holly Pond and I would like to sell Real Estate there. I am an agent in Ohio now. Does anyone know how the Real Estate business is in the Cullman, Holly Pond area? I love the area and although I am from the north I have always been a Southerner at heart. We have made many trips down and have always been impressed by the friendliness of the people.

Well.....I am very familiar with Cullman County. The first thing you might want to know is that it is a dry country with no alchohol sales. So if you drink, you'd have to drive a ways to buy any sort of alcoholic beverage...

Cullman County has low unemployment and a strong work ethic. The town of Cullman is nice...

Holly Pond is VERY small...be sure you check out the population figures and real estate market for the entire county before you move. Most of the hot real estate these days seems to be in the Smith Lake area. As much as you love the area, you're bound to have some culture shock! But if you're prepared and have researched thoroughly, you should adapt fine. We'd be glad to have you in Alabama!
