I would agree about Pell City....and it has very good local government too. Progressive mayor,city council and county government too.

Just got back from a weekend trip to Troy/Goshen Alabama..........awesome historic homes and the small town feel.............very rual with lots of land for sale. We found 168 acres for 250k........
