Hello Folks,
We are a retired couple considering a move to Cherokee County if we can find a retirement home on Weiss Lake we can afford to purchase. We are regular church goers - usually to Catholic church. The closest Catholic church we can find on the internet is Our Lady of the Valley 20 miles away in Fort Payne, AL. Is there a Catholic Church is Centre, Leesburg or Cedar Bluff? If not, what local dynamic churches might we consider? Any tips about what dos or don'ts to be aware of when considering a move to Weiss Lake? Thanks for your help!

This is a very rural area, sparsely populated. There's one in Piedmont (Saint Joachim), but it may not be any closer.
