Spring or fall.
Ragweed is probably #1. Tree pollen. Pesticides, fungicides, and defoliants crop-dusted onto cotton fields.

I don't know if they grow peanuts up that way, but it drives some peoples allergies crazy down here when they start tilling them up.

Could start as early as March, when the weather begins to warm, and go through June. Basically, the blooming season.
