I just wanna get other people opinions on what the Great City of Auburn will be in the future maybe 20-30 years from now. Will Auburn - Opelika metro combine with columbus?Will auburn population get to atleast 100,000 by then. How would the city look will there be high rises downtown or just a bigger city feel. I just want everybody opinion and thoughts on the Future of Auburn

It has already "combined" with Columbus as it is part of its CSA. What happens in the next 20-30 will largely depend on the university. I see it becoming larger, but not developing an urban core - just a larger suburb of Columbus.

Yeah I know That Auburn is Part of Columbus CSA but I was wondering will they just make it into a MSA?
