Hello All

Im going to be relocating to the Phenix City area with in the next 6 mths. I have a choice of seeing 2 Apartment Complexes and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the 2 of them or if they can suggest a new one. I got these 2 off of msn live maps. The one is Garrett Woods in Phenix City and the other one is Edmond Estates also in Phenix City. Your input is greatly appreciated.

To whom it may concern,you donot want to live in either one of those apts!Unless thats all you can afford.You dont want to bring your kids up into the gunfights,gangbangen,nasteyness,teenagers fighten all the times,drug dealing,Edmond Estates Apts ok.Now ek garrett apts.Its quite there dam near all the apts are empty,But it's up to you,Im tellen you these things because my mom has lived in them both n fact she still lives at edmond estates.Now if your mess starter,or drug dealer,or a 24hr drinker,Abd you sit outside all day and dont keep your house clean,well edmond estates is for you.Now you can try to get an apt in the estates ask for (BUILDING A THRU F) that side is ok.

There is the Steeple Chase Apartments off of Riverchase Drive. They are new and in an area that is nice and close to the expressway.
