Default Auburn Alabama historic neighborhoods

We are thinking of moving from Montgomery to Auburn. No time limit discussed yet. Does anyone know of any wonderful historic family neighborhoods in Auburn?

There is not any historic neighborhoods left in Auburn that I know of. They continue to put condos in place of them. Opelika has older neighborhoods and historic districts that you may want to look at.
