Hi!

Hoping to get some thoughts about moving to the Talladega County side of Lay Lake. We are looking just west of Sylacauga and Fayetteville.

Any info on Lakefront property vs. other areas (cost, quality, services, the folks, etc.)?

I've heard about a bridge across the lake. Where and when? What will that do the property values?

Recommend any builders or developers?

Anything else you think might be important?!
