Default moving to jasper

My husband has been relocated to jasper alabama and we're trying to find a house to rent. family of four so if i understand correctly due to zoning laws we would require at least a 3 bedroom home.

Seems these are hard to find. If anyone has any leads on any homes for rent in the area it would be greatly appreciated.

We recently moved to Jasper and have had a hard time finding places to rent. Have you looked in the newspaper The Daily Mountain Eagle -you can look at it on line or calling a realtor?

Default Did you move to Jasper yet?

When do you need to move to Jasper? What company does your husband work for? There are rental properties to be found but is there a particular location in Jasper you need to be near? Near grade schools??? Curry is nice area but it's outside Jasper about 8 to 10 miles. Property around Smith Lake is very expensive, rentals would be high I would think. Just driving around Jasper might find you a rental house too. There is not much shopping here. A Super Walmart, a small mall with Kmart and Penneys. What do you need in a rental house? Backyard? Big house, small house, economy rent, etc?

I live near Curry on Lewis Smith Lake.

It takes me about fifteen minutes to get into Jasper.

I see nice homes for rent reasonable here all the time.

I see everything from 1 bedrooms with utilities and cable for 450 a month to regular housing running 350 - 1800 depending on what you want.

I rent out a three bedroom double wide with 200 ft of water frontage and a nice flat acre. Home is 8 years old and perfect condition and I only ask 450 and thats on the lake. I have no problem keeping people in it.
