Im in development for a Non-Profit organization based in the Auburn/Opelika area.

Are there any Alabama Small Business owners/directors that can share what monthly utilities would run???

I'm thinking about 2000 sq/feet.

I recently closed a small retail business in Tuscaloosa. It was a retail space of about 2500 sq ft in an old building downtown. The power bill usually ran from arond $300.00 in the fall, winter and spring up to as high as $800.00 in the summer. We had central A/C as well as 4 coolers for beer and soft drinks. We didn't have gas, the water was usually only around $35.00. Phone service was a big one. We had 3 lines plus internet, it ran about $325.00. We also had a small dumpster which was $55.00.
