Default Moving to Phenix City or Columbus which is the better place

So how are these places are they nice because I moving to one of these locations next week and want to know which is the better area
A duplex in Columbus at 40th st and 6th Ave in North Highlands by Godwin Creek golf course
or
a house in Phenix City on the corner of 6th Ave and 17th street or you could say at the corner where Summeville road becomes Broad street
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have lived in both Georgia and Phenix City and I would look at the Summerville RD area before I would go to downtown Columbus. Where you are talking about is the Russell County area of Phenix City and just about three miles up is the Lee County area of Summerville RD and it is very nice. Parks, shopping and outdoor fun area.
