St. Christopher and Dogwood Trace are very nice apartments. Wildhaven Townhomes are nice also. Lets see what else... Meadows of Rainbow City are also pretty good, as are Greystone. Spring Lake Lodge is OK. Not great, but not bad either. I also think Country Club Terrace are fairly decent as well.
Sutton Bridge Apartments would do in a pinch, but I would avoid them if he can find anything else.
I would avoid these at all costs.
Columbia Square (horrible)
Orleans (lots of burglaries)
Southtowne (trashy scummy place)
