Working with an owner of a condo in the Sunbird complex. Offering 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 with balcony on the beach for $865 with taxes included for week in July. Seems like a great deal. Does anyone know about thing about this complex?
Thanks,
G

My fault, doing two things at once and this condo is actually in Panama City (different trip). For Gulf Shores i'm looking at camping since i cant find anything in my budget.

PC is quite a bit cheaper than Gulf Shores due to the over building that took place in PCB. Personally I would look for a place in PCB that was built 2004+, there are plenty of choices. The end toward the Pier Park (Front Beach Road) has a lot more action/traffic, the end toward St. Andrews (Thomas Drive) is quieter and less crowded. There are several sites that rate the various condo units, I would suggest you read the reviews before you make your choice. There is no one best place, it is all according to what you are looking for.
The choice between the two location, Gulf Shores and PCB is a matter of choice. JMO PCB has more to do, overall better restaurants, and less expensive. We bought a condo last year and chose PCB on Thomas Drive but it fit our needs, yours is probably different.
Again, where ever you chose, READ the reviews on the location before you choose.
