The Gourmet Beer Bill (HB373) passed the State House 49 - 37, after passing the House Budget Isolation Resolution 57 - 31.

What's next for the bill? Does it have to pass the senate?

The Bill already passed the Senate Tourism and Marketing Committee, so next step is the State Senate then the Governor.

FTH made it this far last year, then died like everything else in the Senate. I think it has the votes, if it gets voted on.
