The choice is certainly yours, and only you will know. I remember when I first started to visit this area, my drive was about 650 miles from Floridumb. I did alot of homework on the internet, and I found this website. With alot of help from Keeper, and a few others, my search was quickly narrowed. I visited about 3 or 4 times and fell in love with this area. Finding a great realtor was also a plus. Originally, I did my homework for Kingsland, Georgia, but it couldn't compare. I think I need to find a small town in rural Georgia (there are plenty within 2 hours of Atlanta). It will be easier to get people's opinion on the place, and I can check it out carefully. It is less scary. Plus, and I could be wrong, but their proximity to Atlanta might make them a bit more tolerant of outsiders.
