Yes. This is true, but 98% of your coworkers will still sit inside at lunch and read a book, surf the net, play cards, or eat in the cafeteria, etc instead of taking a walk or exercising outdoors (running, basketball, cycling, swimming, etc.) The average person (even in perfect weather California) spends about 17 minutes a day outside during the week and 31 minutes outside on the weekend.
