Alabama hip hop
Alabama has had small success in hip hop with dirty boyz and last mr. bigg. Now we have rich boy who's on top and had the most success that will continue(by the way get that new mixtape pacc man it's hott). Montgomery has a strong hip hop scene also and has came into it's own sound. I just want to let people know outside of my region to watch out and support King south because he seems to have a lot of momentum in Montgomery right now.
remember the name KING SOUTH.

I know.
We literally have kick the door down in rap or everything we try to take on a national level.I guess we are not one of the cool places. Artist from Georgia(not to hate) seem to get noticed alot easier and accepted by the nation, when they are no different from us.It's okay though port city we'll just have to kick the door down.

There was one hip hop group from Mobile (Citronelle?) that was very popular a few years back. I can't think of the name at the moment.

King South is my friend on myspace. Also on myspace, there are a lot of rappers that are from, in order, Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile, and Huntsville.

I'm amazed the southern style has done so well and lasted this long. More power to them if they can make bank on it. It's also cool that each little area has a twist (like the differences between Houston - NOLA - ATL - etc).
