Not sure what exactly you are looking for as to the ppl. I am not sure we have anyone from Collinsville but you can get some info here

most small towns/communities in N AL are about the same as far as ppl go.. they are friendly, most will invite you to their church if you don't have one (you can refuse nicely with no hard feelings) It can be hard to meet ppl especially if you don't go to a church, work or volunteer somewhere.
