Anniversary Restaurant Suggestions for Guntersville ??
Need a place to eat dinner for our anniversary. I have been told Wentzells is the best. Any comments on that place? I would also like to find a lunch location, maybe a cafe or bistro, we can drive to another town near by if needed. Please advise.

I like Wentzell's and I have been there several times. It is nice, right on the water although not fancy on the inside but if you like good seafood then go there. They get seafood from S. AL every couple of days. Oysters, shrimp and blue crab are my favorites. Try the fried crab claws, do not get the marinated ones unless you like basil. West Indies Salad is very good, blue crab meat marinated in vinegar and oil with onions.
