I would like to hear some feedback from anyone who has stayed at The Beach Club Resort in Gulf Shores on Fort Morgan Rd. Thanks.

Well, it's been a long time since I've been there, but I remember it as pretty nice. It's mostly an all-inclusive type destination - accommodations, restaurants, groceries, etc. all on site. The down side is that it's pretty far from anything else - other restaurants, the Zoo, amusement parks, etc.

I guess if it's what you're looking for, then you'll like it. For me, it was a little too far off the beaten path.

I have not stayed there (I prefer to stay closer to town) but my brother and his family has, and they enjoyed it very much.

My parents are snowbirds who have wintered at The Beach Club for a number of years. It is lovely. Very secluded, yet with plenty of amenities. I love the long rural drive out on Fort Morgan Road and then suddenly out of nowhere is the The Beach Club. Wonderful area, very little tourist traffic.

A few feet down the road on Ft. Morgan is Gulf Shores Plantation which has grand beaches as well. A little less pricey.
