I have been offered an apartment in East Gadsden. Before I move 10 hours there can someone please tell me if this is a good move. I read a post that said not to move to Gadsden especially the East Part. Can I have the Goods and bads please.

You need to visit the area first and make sure you REALLY like the area before moving. I was born in Gadsden and have spent a lot of time in the area and I would never move there. Just check it out before making a decision.

nALgirl response. I am 400 miles away and I have to be there on Sept 1. I don't have the time or money to go there and check it out. This is why I am asking BEGGING for all the pros and cons. Crime rate: the area of Princeton park Drive, anything I need to know. I do NOT have money but to go there one time so it will have to be on moving date. I need anything and everything about Gadsden: What are the good parts, what are the bad parts, I have already given up my apt and sold my furniture so I must know quickly...VERY quickly. Please help me with anything you can.

You could call the police dept and ask them about crime in that area. i am pretty sure they have someone who would be able to give you this info.

I don't think we have a lot of ppl from Gadsden who post here but if you do a search on 'Gadsden' you can then DM them and ask for info.
