Guntersville
we are planning to move to guntersville, what is the real estate like there? are homes moving or is it stagnant like it is here in florida?

there is some active building in the area, I dont know if the market favors buyers or sellers. its turning into Huntsville's lake resort area. go to valleymls.com and narrow your property search to that area.
