Anyone have any info of a good civil war cemetery to visit in Northern Alabama or Northeast Alabama. I have some family in town that is interested in visiting. I've been searching online but can't find what I'm looking for. Any suggestions or links would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Maple Hill in Huntsville should go that far back. It's not civil war cemetery per se, but it's that old. There are also guided tours at MH - I assume of the "historic" grave sites.

I don't think there are any "Civil War cemeteries." Plenty of cemeteries have graves of soldiers and veterans of that war. But there were no major battles in this area (plenty of skirmishes, though). Maple Hill would be a good one. The Decatur City Cemetery has a section of Yankee soldiers and, I think, possibly Confederates, too. But it's not well marked.
