Grrrrrr yeah something about an EPA deadline in 2012, after the EPA approves us then it will go away, until then we pay... & all the valley commuters can smoke it up! The city that is! This issue has been going on since at least 2007! Cali doesn't require me to IM (smog check) my 1970, but I still have to in anch!
