Looks like the decision is not up to Joe anymore:

Judge orders Miller documents released: 2010 Alaska U.S. Senate election | adn.com

Now we get to see what he was fighting so hard to cover up.

I love it! This has been an entertaining midterm election across the board, in several states.

Monday October 25, 2010 (Breaking News)

A mysterious fire has burned the Fairbanks North Star Borough Building to the ground. One witness said the vehicle leaving the scene hit his vehicle. When the witness got out of his car to examine the damage, he found three pairs of handcuffs. According to the witness, the suspect yelled "keep quiet or you could be next" as he sped away.

More as details become available.

That really put Miller in a bind. Look at the possibilities, and the consequences...
  1. Smartest move: stop fighting and deal with the flap over a release.
    1. He's got time before election day for the initial effect to wear off, assuming there isn't something totally devastating revealed (which would be hard to imagine).
    2. The time also allows it to fester and for others to research and dig up related facts that might be even more harmful.
  2. Probable move: Appeal it to a higher court hoping to delay release until after the election.
    1. An almost guaranteed to fail strategy that instead will result in a court order releasing everything two days before the election and give no time to mitigate the resulting uproar.
    2. An appeal will be seen, probably with validity, as admission that there is something seriously harmful to Miller that will be released.

Miller is a three ring circus, and we've had virtually something new every single day for a week now! I'd also note that most campaigns that sort of start to implode tend to wipe out a number of sacrificial lambs to start with before the main candidate does a nuclear meltdown; in Miller's case he has an 8 gauge goose gun and is one at a time blowing full sized joints off his body. Looks to me like the next shot should raise the pitch of his voice a octave or two, and pretty much end any further "legacy".

Good grief, now Joe is accusing Lisa of running a smear campaign because of the judge's ruling. Whine whine whine when he doesn't get his way.

And he had the nerve to say she's buying Alaskan votes while he's earning them? What? Joe's been loadin' up on out-of-state Tea Party money for months now.

blueflames50,
thats what i am talking about. if i want to burn it i can.

taking my money and giving it to who they want too.
i grew up in a time when if you dont work you dont eat.
joe miller is going to get us back to those times. if he is
not what he says he is, us tea party people will put someone
else in there that will. dont you understand that the tea party
is me and you. americans trying to get the goverment out of our lives.
