In his e-mail, the chairman of the NRSC, Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, warned that both sides "are beginning to lawyer up and prepare for any possible legal fights. Joe needs your help to make sure he has enough money to make it a fair contest."
"We need to get Joe the resources he needs to win the vote count," he wrote. "Because we need Joe to join our fight against Barack Obama. Help ensure that this vote count is conducted fairly.

Now that Republicans have control of the house, they've pretty much laid out their four and only goals for the next two years.

1.) Keep the Bush tax cuts

2.) Repeal ObamaCare

3.) Prevent Obama from getting re-elected

4.) Subpoena and investigate the Obama administration

That's it.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop Joe Miller from whining 24/7?

I'm not conceding until they count all the votes. BTW...no one notified me that they were going to count the votes tomorrow.

Yeah, Marty could have tens of thousands of votes and be and upset!

Not to mention that all the military ballots don't show a write in candiate nor saw the ads for one and most vote with an "R".... That alone can change some lines in the sand!

Going to be fun!

To make life even more fun, apparently Alaska is one of eighteen states that provide for recall of a Senator. If Miller somehow gets in based on misspelling's of Murkowski, the recall petitions go out the next day I'm sure.

Republican Joe Miller is invoking the landmark Bush v. Gore case in his lawsuit to stop Alaska from using discretion in counting write-in ballots in the state's hotly contested Senate race

Republican Joe Miller files lawsuit in Alaska Senate race - On Politics: Covering the US Congress, Governors, and the 2010 Election - USATODAY.com

Is this the same Miller who campaigned as a 'state's rights advocate'? My, how things have changed in just a matter of weeks.

As usually with Joe when things don't go his way he's off and whining -- this time to a federal court.

I suspect Marty will now do the same thing.

That's funny, he sure does like to manipulate the very system he preaches against.
