Facing a deadline today Miller has to either file with the Alaskan Supreme Court or concede. Should be good drama. Get the tar ready.

What we all should realize is this is slime joe's only chance to get his name attached to something that says SCOTUS. Every real lawyer's goal in life is to win a case he takes to the SCOTUS or to be appointed as a Justice of the SCOTUS. A few people who did make it to Senator were later appointed to the SCOTUS as was a President but Joe can't count on those methods to append "Justice" to his name. And with his propensity for the mediocre he'll never attract a client whose case he could take to the SCOTUS win-lose-or draw So his name will never make that with out something like this contrived by the low ball method. That is unless Bernie Madoff needs a lawyer, and has run out of money, and joe comes in pro bono and does his best which also happens to be his worst and is appointed to be his lawyer. Just think of how puffed up he'll be joe miller vs The State of Alaska will forever be noted as a case taken by one joe miller to the SCOTUS that is provided they agree to hear the case which is their prerogative. But slime joe can't think that way otherwise he'll never make the big time.

So it appears we are all going to have to dig deeper to find a little more contempt for the fool. Sigh.
