Looking around town this summer, I'd say Anchorage. That isn't backed by any figures or statistics. I'm just looking at all the construction cranes around downtown this summer.

Wasilla is your fastest growing community at this present time. Anchorage is doing a great deal of building but the population growth is in Wasilla.
