The comedy here is pretty good today! And the level of gullibility is very very high.
I would think that Palin is as smart as any of us. Don't you think so? After all, we aren't talking about rocket scientists and geniuses in this forum. Are we?

She does make a good living, and I don't think that luck has anything to do with it.

Lordy, you are such a money grubber Ray!

I don't think smarts has much to do with it either...

But I still want to hear you agree that Albert flunked math in school as a kid! No sense in letting one like that get past you, eh?

Thanks so much Ray. I feel so much "simpler" now. Better shelve the mensa meet.

Ms. Pea makes her money causing emotional panic all over the country. A good living granted but exploiting the fears of the many IMHO to make that buck.

Very interesting reading. I really wondered what Alaskans thought about Palin.

Does no one understand that all politics is based on emotion, not reason? If we voted for candidates who were practical and reasonable (and knew how to balalnce a checkbook), and we didn't pay attention to their fear-mongering, their hopeful pie-in-the-sky promises, their mud-slinging, and the my-candidate-can beat-up-your-candidate infighting, we wouldn't have 97% of the current Congressional representation, and our past 10 Presidents would never have made it into office.

I would add to my wish list representative government that understand that they are in the service of the public, that put good public policy as the standard to which they strive, not politics.

Until we get fundamental change in our election laws-get the big money out of our elections, our elected leaders will never put their constituants first.

This forum is not representative of what Alaskans think about Sarah Palin. In fact, this forum is not even representative of Alaska, just the opposite.

This part is very true; you can't base it upon a few posters opinions.

Just read what we have posted an you will realize that it's nothing more than opinions. As such, these are nothing more than expressions of one's state of mind. How can one, honestly, assume that another is smarter or dumber than one is? I for one can only say that Palin is as smart as any of us in this forum.

The whole frigin world knows full well that Einstein was a GENIUS !!

That is pretty obvious ! I typed that 'myth' to show a comparison .. shall I quote your words (again) Floyd ???

Something far more obvious and totally stupid were the words Floyd typed

The Eves boys do not make any $$, if they did, do you think they would talk about it??

Sarah Palin is one smart woman. She did a fantastic job when she was governor. Her ratings were an unprecidented 86% approval rating. She was getting the job done with style and class. Getting all that money form the Oil companies was just in time because at that time Alaska was in a financial mess. A 500 million dollar deficit and the politicians were at that time trying to figure out a way; to tap the dividend. Sarah got 30 billion out of the oil companies. Now your trying to convince me she is just some dumb cheerleader jerk that is retarted ?

I dont buy it one bit. You do not get elected (as governor) and prove your skills in that manner. You can't fool anyone especially the Oil companies. But announce her for Vice President ?? That was her downfall. Her pride got in the way. she should have just said no and kept her job and none of this would have catapulted her into the mainstream media.

Whenever any individual comes along with something popular and people just jump at the chance to learn more - The opposition feels threathened and will always react in the exact same manner - The steps are simple - villify that person repeatidly no matter what they do or prove. Make up stories that are not true about that person. Always claim the OPPOSITE is true.

We have seen that 'personality' or character on forums; in fact - too many times.

Me personally - I adore Sarah - I think she has real CLASS !! (AS A Woman).. As a politician she has a lot to learn -

She hasn't yet reached that platform of perfection that so many here claim to possess.
