I understand that the town of St. Mary's Alaska is looking for a Town Manager, after looking at the demographics, it appears that one family owns the major industry and almost everyone else works for them or the town government. I am somewhat creative in my managerial style and wonder about the dynamic of a town family dynasty and just how much leeway would be allowed, if any. I've run across mill towns in the south before and assume the situation would be similar, but, assumptions are not always well grounded. Does anyone have any information about the body politic of St. Mary's Alaska? Thanks. D. Rhodes
