I have never been to Alaska before and am coming to visit my boyfriend in Seward July 19-24 (he is a helicopter pilot and works the summers there). Anyway, I have tried researching online but am having a hard time trying to figure out something nearby Seward that I could plan a thoughtful or romantic date. Problem is he is on call to work 8am to 10pm. He usually is done earlier by about 6 or 7, but still not enough time to do any of the day hikes or tours. Thank goodness it stays light so late at night. Any ideas would REALLY be helpful.

Well I was gonna say go out to Fox Island and stay in one of their cabins. But that may not be an option. I'd go with the dinner on a glacier thingy!
