I have no idea how much we have. The ground is covered, but when it snows, it also blows. I have no idea how much of the drifts are due to snowfall vs blown in off the tundra.

Unreal that there is going to be a brown Christmas is Michigan and western Mass. I know there's snow in the Rocky Mountain NW and in VT, NH, and ME, but even parts of those Northern New England states are snowless. This is like some kind of nightmare, but it's real. If I get to Alaska and this crap continues year after year... I just don't know what I would do.

Not completely brown in MI... We have some snow, not at all what we should have, but some. In the NW UP though, the snow trails are groomed with a couple feet on the ground. But even in the UP the snow amounts are way down from normal.

Not a single flake to be found here in Southern Minnesota. We had rain last week and its supposed to be close to 40F for Christmas weekend. My rose bushes are growing new leaves and buds!

We had 2" overnight here in Nikiski. Before last weekend's melt down and rain we had 29" on the ground. What I'm really tired of is all the wind! Been here since 81 and can't remember a winter with so many power outages where it has been 3 or 4 days before power is restored. Too many trees next to the power lines.
