Land of the Radio Active Midnight Sun. It's hilarious yet informative. I second Dana Stabenow. And if you go to her site, she has free and .99 ebooks.

I just started reading Caribou Island. It's a fictional book about the actual island we have property and a cabin on, on the not so famous Skilak Lake. So far it's not bad what with going through the trials and tribulations of hauling logs by boat to the island. I've lived that portion myself and it's fairly acurate. But it's also got some soap opera drama girly stuff going on which I could do without.

I love Judy Ferguson from Delta Junction. I have read most of her books. My favorite is called Blue Hills.
