That meadow in the foreground gets covered in various wildflowers. Both sides of the highway south of the two pullouts.

LOVE wildflowers; we have some beauties around here in Springtime--so fleeting, but I make a point of getting out and about before the HEAT sets in (sizzle, sizzle, sizzle...)

Hung out in a cabin in Shoup Bay with some friends Saturday night, then paddled back Sunday. Fun times.

Man, that sure looks different in the spring! I only saw it once around Thanksgiving, and recognized the glacier, but the rest, not so much.

It's been beautiful this month. Fireweed is starting to bloom so there should be some great photo ops the next few weeks.
