really like the effects Crossfire!!! what settings did you use??? must have used a tripod also huh???

Warpt...those clouds are scary!! Someone should use them in a horror film!!

Believe it or not I didn't use a tripod which is why akvarmit thought the pic wouldn't come out. I steadied the camera on the window of the truck.

As far as the speed settings the D200 has an auto mode and it adjusted the speed accordingly. The fact that it was dark and the picture came out just amazes me. There was that much light coming off the snow. Heck, it even looks like the sky is blue

Don't ya just love it when the camera does all the work??!!! amazing!! we all get a shot now and then that just is amazing that the camera got it!!! Awesome shot there D200!! maybe i should look into the D200 for my second camera!!!

What a pretty image! Yes, I'll bet it was darker actually. I took many pictures at the lake when it was quite dark and they get exposed much lighter.
Very nice! Just jealeous for not being there...
