It was a rare nice day down here, so I took a drive up the Richardson (as opposed to our many other fine roads out of town...oh, wait...). Went to 48 mile, the Mt. Billy Mitchell rest stop, before I decided I needed to head back home.
A lovely mountain that doesn't seem to have an official name:

The sun was doing something strange with the clouds up there, and it made everything sparkly.

When visiting the Grand Canyon, I immediately felt like an insignificant nothing in the grand scheme of things. I'd imagine a person feels the same way when driving around in Alaska.
