Rut row, seriously?! Was hoping you were mistakened. Was it even two full days ago that we had an X.1? and it's energy was due to arrive tomorrow? Or is it already, andt that's why we've had radio blackouts of an R3, is it called?! in the past 24hrs.

Hmm...let's watch and see, and yet hope not, if the earth has a major quake with the full moon and probable CMEs from two X class flares within the same few days.

Picky, picky. I'm just happy if it's clear out. Maybe someday I'll actually see the aurora in this cloudy place. Beautiful out now though. I'll try to stay up and see if anything happens.

Well, the short term forecast just went to EXTREME. But all I'm seeing here are moonlit clouds.

Strike my last. There are some really strong displays overhead here in ANC now. But the moon and clouds ar really washing them out.

I just spent 5 hours shooting the lights. They got pretty good from midnight to 1AM.
