It seems very easy, indeed, to look at events that have already transpired and point to signs that they were inevitable, but very few people seem to be willing to predict the future based on the same information.

Again, let me make this perfectly clear. I am asking about the secrets (like McVeigh and that sort of thing) that are supposedly encoded within the text of the Bible, NOT what the text itself says. Stop dodging the question. Either answer it, say you don't know, which would sort of defeat your purpose, or admit that the whole concept is a steaming pile of conspiracy theory doo doo.

BTW, need I point out to you that this is essentially numerology, an esoteric practice the Bible discourages as witchcraft?
Equidistant letter spacing Not numerology. According to your definition, electrical math problems i.e. algebra, trig calculations are numerology also?

Yes people have tried to use this to predict events for the future and have gotten hits but they proved wrong.

What secrets about McVeigh?? I don't know of any?? How could I know his secrets - they are SECRET

I'm not dodging the question; I still don't know what the heck your even talking about.

A little bit about Laika the Space Dog:

[Quotte]Laika (Russian: Лайка, literally meaning "Barker"; c. 1954 – November 3, 1957) was a Soviet space dog that became the first animal to orbit the Earth – as well as the first animal to die in orbit.

As little was known about the impact of spaceflight on living creatures at the time of Laika's mission, and the technology to de-orbit had not yet been developed, there was no expectation of Laika's survival. Some scientists believed humans would be unable to survive the launch or the conditions of outer space, so engineers viewed flights by non-human animals as a necessary precursor to human missions.[1] Laika, a stray dog, originally named Kudryavka (Russian: Кудрявка Little Curly), underwent training with two other dogs, and was eventually chosen as the occupant of the Soviet spacecraft Sputnik 2 that was launched into outer space on November 3, 1957.[/quote]
