What are the differences between the dialects? Which Dialect is most spoken? If one knows the North Slope dialect, how well could they communicate with someone from Kotzebue?

My husband said that the Director of Inupiaq Language Education for NSBSD told him that she went to Greenland was able to communicate with the people there. There were differences, but still able to communicate. I am pretty sure that people from Barrow are able to communicate with people from Kotz.
