Thanks everyone. Still using the a/c in the car but loving being outside and not sweating!

If I could figure out how to post photos direct from my iPhone I would. Otherwise it will have to wait until I can get some transferred over.

In Fairbanks right now, a friend recommended the turtle club for dinner.... I do not even mind the rain. Prices in mall towns are higher, Fairbanks seems about the same as my hometown.

Rain is making a flight seeing tour of Denali impossible, but good for the pocket book.....

This entire area is incredible with the views, most folks put up with our tourist questions and delays well.

You must have dinner at Pagoda's in North Pole and at the Silver Gulch in Fox.

I hear tell Ray's Place serves up some good wine and salmon. When you go there, or get invited, ask for Abbie the waitress. Beautiful copper eyes and a nice bod'.

Other than that, glad you are having a nice time. When I was in Anchorage I never saw much other than the four walls of Rosie's Moose Ranch, a sorta spinoff of the famed Mustang Ranch.

A burger and micro brew at Silver Gulch sounds so good right about now.

As someone who moved to Alaska 21 years ago, I can attest that you will never tire of those incredible views or take them for granted.

Some say it is the journey that counts, but I say it is all about the destination.

Silver Gulch for sure.

You make it to Barrow, look me up at the Era/Nac terminal (Robert @ the Nac desk).

Just got to Denali. Will be here until tomorrow. Are you here Nikkiv?

If I pass thru Fox I will hit up Silver Gulch. That many recommendations cannot be ignored!
