Haha, well I suppose you're right. Thing is, I was not the one that terminated this relationship, and I suppose I never really got closure on it. So, once in a while something will pop up that reminds me and it will be back in my dreams.

So far, I've been to Kentucky, some places in Washington, etc. I've got a dive trip planned in May to Key Largo, FL... a trip to the OR coast and Portland coming up here end of November, hopefully a dive trip to N. Utah in a week or so... Lesee, maybe some trips to Seattle/WA coast. I think I'll probably take a weekend and head up to the hot springs in BC sometime this winter. We'll see.

I know! That Key Largo trip is the only thing that's kept me from cashing in my miles and getting on the next plane home.

I'm planning to quit my job by the beginning of August, take a week or two to get my stuff together, and be back home in time for Fall semester 08 at school.
I'd really like to go home for a few weeks over Christmas, but I don't think I will. I'm not sure I have miles saved up, and I'm already taking a lot of time off over the holidays for travel elsewhere...

No kidding. JNU is built just perfect for really dramatic, nose to the glass goodbyes. You go through security and then when you walk around to the gates there are a bunch of windows where you can see out into the rest of the "terminal"... Along with a bunch of stuffed dead animals. There are always little kids crying because they are scared of the big dead bear...
