Land costs out of town run anywere from 1000 to 4000 an acre depending on view and location. Roads are passable year round. We have a IGA grocery store, two hardware stores, A sporting goods store, two auto parts stores, numerous gift stores, one flower shop, multiple recreational vehicle stores five to eight eating establishments, one video rental store and a few other misc. stores.
Winters are not extremely bad but the temperature will drop to -50 for at least one week out of the year. Not a lot of snow fall and the wind does blow at least 60 percent of the time. Properly prepaired for you should never be shut in. Henry |
